Stock active aspirated cabinets

Stock Activa 120

Vertical ventilated cabinet with adsorption filtration on activated carbon of the treated air and absolute filtration by means of an absolute HEPA H14 filter. Particularly suitable for the conservation and manipulation of histological samples, even "fresh" from the Operating Theatre, of Criminal Police findings, for the storage in hospital laboratories of anatomical samples in formaldehyde (sector, autopsy, pathological anatomy)

With the doors open, 80% of the total flow rate of the incoming air is directly sucked through the front opening, while the remaining 20% is sucked from the bottom passing through a synthetic pre-filter to retain dust (with the doors closed the air is sucked entirely from the bottom).

The air, sucked in by the fan motor, enters horizontally into the cabinet's work area, in the space between the perforated support shelves and, before being taken up by the double perforated rear bottom, removes dust and/or traces of stagnant gaseous products (the air flow passes through the shelves vertically). The recovered air mass is treated by the filtering unit: first the activated carbon filter for formaldehyde or other impregnation on request with a thickness of 40 mm and then the HEPA filter. The filtered air is then expelled by the fan motor out of the cabinet and returned to the environment or channelled outside via a special expulsion duct with a minimum diameter of 150 mm.
