Thanks to an exclusive registered and approved patent, the new "Safety Kit" and the "remote technical assistance service" are now available.

The safety kit includes a touch screen display inside the work chamber in front of the operator's eyes, with all the information in real time and commands, as well as all the light and sound alarms where in action. The alarms on the internal display (red for serious faults, yellow for simple non-binding anomalies) are thus promptly read by the operator without having to remove their arms from the machine with the risk of contaminating the environment. The remote technical assistance service is also available via wireless connection with the equipment from the Elmont technical office. It is now possible for our technicians to connect from a remote PC and view the same images present on the touch screen display of the hood, as well as see other technical information not visible to the operator but useful to our technician remotely (even thousands of km away) to identify a fault or an alarm in progress, and operate to restore an anomaly or even for the remote maintenance / repair of a fault with significant savings in time and money for the user company. The service can also be provided with simple supervision at regular intervals of the status of the equipment, for the safety of the operators and the product.

To be able to reach the board on the INTERNET remotely, the customer simply needs to have a wi-fi network or connect the hood to the wired LAN network via cable. The Elmont operator technician can then, at the customer's request, connect from his PC and scan the situation of the equipment in real time by reading all the key points of the electronic board, as if it were a black box containing all the information useful for evaluating the current situation and the various alarms stored over time by the software, and in many cases solve problems in a few minutes without waiting for a technician to come out.
